Amanda was helping me look for a rental property when she sat down with me and showed me i could own a home for less then it would cost me to get into a rental. And would much better fit my needs. I was scared about the whole house buying process but she helped every step of the way. When i finally made the decision to buy she understood my needs helped me narrow down the right properties to go see. She was dead on and the first day we went out looking we placed the offer. After short negotiation offer accepted and the next thing i knew i had the keys to my very own home. She answered all my questions throughout the process and really focused on my needs.
